EMCS was established in 1987 and with the support of our customers continues to grow year on year… We take pride in being an independent, family-run business and remain dedicated to ensuring that our customers continue to benefit from a personal service.
EMCS is completely independent, we have absolutely no affiliation with an installation company and are therefore not vying in the same place as our customers.
We offer full account management with both a field and office based account manager who are on hand should you require assistance.
Remote Access available via our NetPort (secure internet link) and also WAPport (via your mobile telephone.) Both services are free of charge and allow 24hr access to your customers. (see Q7)
We supply end-user information booklets for distribution to your customers, as well as printed labels with both your own and EMCS contact numbers.
