



Founded by his father Terry in 1987, Andrew joined the company in 1990. Soon the business flourished and Andrew invested in a new state-of-the-art ARC on the outskirts of Nottingham in 2003. Still a family run business to this day, Andrew continues to drive for the ultimate in customer service.

Michael started with EMCS as an office junior way back in 1994. Having at some point worked within all departments Michael has gained an extensive understanding of the expectations and requirements of our clients. Michael is now responsible for the day to day running of the administration department.

Mark initially joined EMCS back in 1999 working within the operations team, he then transferred to the administration department before leaving EMCS and indeed the industry for 3years. He returned to EMCS in 2008 and now deals with all things CCTV.

Having joined EMCS back in 2005 Cherie now oversees the Credit control department, ably assisted by Jennie Caulton and Stephanie Manley. The whole of the credit control team started initially within the administration department which has enabled them to forge strong working relationships with our customers, and therefore held them in good stead for their current roles.

Ramiz has been with EMCS pretty much since our inception. As ARC & Administration Manager Ramiz is integral member of the EMCS team. As well as overseeing the operation here Ramiz deals with our quality control and the implementation of new standards.

Steve started out with EMCS back in 1999, he quickly progressed to Operations Supervisor before moving onto Training Manager. His knowledge and dedication to customer service has seen Steve progress to Assistant Control Manager. His main area of responsibility is the day to day running of the ARC he is also responsible for staff development.

Claire has worked with in the ARC industry since 1998, joining EMCS in 2000. After spending time in the admin and order processing department, Claire now heads up the sales and customer service team. A good understanding of Industry standards, as well as our internal procedures, assists with the customer services side of things. Claire is also responsible for business development.

Kelly Joined EMCS in 2001 and has worked within the order processing and administration departments before joining the Sales team in 2003. Kelly takes care of the day to day running of the Sales office and project manages the transfer of new business into the ARC. Whilst supporting Claire with account management to our clients within the south. She is also responsible for generating new business.

Tom came on board in 2006 bringing with him a wealth of industry knowledge having spent some 30 years with BT /BT Redcare where he ran the Sales operation. Tom focuses on looking after customers old & new within the Northern part of the country, including Scotland and Ireland.

Andy supports Tom looking after our customers within the North. Andy has been in the industry since 2000, joining EMCS in 2005 initially working within the Operations department, he joined to the sales team in 2006… Prior to EMCS Andy has worked within a credit control role and before that within the retail industry.

Karl has worked within the industry since 1994, joining EMCS in 1995 as Operations Supervisor before progressing to Technical Manager back in 2005. Karl’s main area of responsibility is to maintain and update our IT infrastructure, which is essential to the smooth running of the ARC.

Richard works alongside Karl, he too has worked within the Operations team and briefly within the administration department before settling into his new role supporting Karl in 2009.
